I need to slim down! Something I notice about my stupid body.. guess I used to use the very hard way to lose weight (i.e. by skipping dinner and swimming; and fyi I only lose like 3-4kgs even though I really restrict myself like crazy), it decreases my metabolism to rock-bottom. Now, once I start eating dinner, my weight will increase even up to 2kgs even though its just a simple full-meal dinner. Damn damn damn.
Now, if I really need to slim down, I must not take dinner. So tough though gosh :(
Ugh please give me my ideal weight please! I suddenly feel slightly lucky that I'm like 1.65/1.66 if not I'll really die.
Aiyo damn life's tough. I wanna be slimmmmmmmmmm! In fact how I wish I can be not only slim but skinny! Chiong wear sleeveless I tell you :(
