Okay, the siblings had just made a pact together to go for a diet plan!
Eh, breakfast will be as per normal. Lunch will be soup-based products only. Dinner will only be up till 7pm. Basically we're sticking to normal 3meals/day skipping all the snackings which includes tibits, chocolates, bubbletea (god I'll die but yea), starbucks (okay this is ultimate die) and etc.
Super healthy I know, except that I don't exercise! Sigh. I need to get a solid wood/bamboo-base hulahoop that I remember Lecia dearest had one@ home!
Hope this works. I wanna lose back those 4kgs that I gained :( Can't stand looking at myself into the mirror anymore..
